Judging from most reactions following its fall festival debut, the less one knows going into Derek Cianfrance‘s latest drama The Place Beyond the Pines, the better. The sprawling family drama told on an intimate scale already got a great trailer and a serviceable poster and now some new stills have arrived which mostly just show off the ensemble, without ruining any of the fun to be had. Back at TIFF we said the film’s “ambition alone shows its director is not a one-hit wonder,” and now one can not only see our main trio of Ryan Gosling, Bradley Cooper and Eva Mendes, but some of the rest of the cast as well, which includes Dane DeHaan, Ben Mendelsohn, Ray Liotta, Bruce Greenwood, Mahersala Ali and Emory Cohen. Check out all the images below thanks to EW.
The Place Beyond the Pines opens on March 29th.
