I’m sure we’re all wondering what Joseph Gordon-Levitt has up his sleeve for that directorial debut, which he will also lead and write. With just a sentence or two to go on, THR (via ThePlaylist) has informed us that the romantic comedy will be titled Don Jon’s Addiction.

Now we know that’s just a working title for now, or perhaps the final title, but it’s an obvious nod to Don Juan; makes sense, considering Gordon-Levitt is playing “a modern day sort of Don Juan who goes on a journey to become less of a ‘selfish dick.’” Scarlett Johansson has already signed on for the project, which will shoot in the upcoming months.

Collider then went on and uncovered a sales poster for the Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs sequel, one which bears the new title of Cloudy 2: Revenge of the Leftovers. Cody Cameron and Kris Pearn were brought on to direct back in December, a job that will see them handling a script from Horrible Bosses writers John Francis Daley and Jonathan Goldstein.

As Gordon-Levitt‘s debut and the tasty sequel is getting titled, it seems that John Hillcoat‘s adaptation of Matt Bondurant‘s The Wettest County in the World is getting a little title re-work. After already being shortened to just The Wettest County, the author himself tweeted that fans should “get ready to change hash tag [#wettestcounty] – title change in works.” Although the title does fit in with the Prohibition time period in which it’s set, I cant say it’s the most appealing thing I’ve ever heard, especially to those who aren’t familiar with Bondurant or Hillcoat‘s work.

We’ve also got word that the highly anticipated return of Little Miss Sunshine directors Jonathan Payton and Valerie Faris, He Loves Me, is also going under the title-changing knife. Paul Dano has already confirmed his role in the film, along with Antonio Banderas, Alia Shawkat, Annette Bening, Steve Coogan, Elliott Gould, which is scripted by Zoe Kazan; Dano confirmed with Vulture, that the film is in fact going through a switch. I wasn’t too thrilled with the original title, so I think it’s a good move, even though we all know that, so long as it brings back the charm that won us over more than five years ago, it doesn’t really matter what you call the thing.
