One month from tomorrow J.J. Abrams‘ Star Trek Into Darkness will slide into UK theaters slightly earlier than the US and to celebrate the occasion, Paramount have released a new poster featuring our villain, Benedict Cumberbatch. Compared to our theatrical poster, this one cuts out our main heroes and simply features John Harrison leaving a wake of destruction through London.
The studio has also released a batch of new stills from the film, which includes a behind-the-scenes look at Abrams on the Enterprise and the rest of our team in various states of peril. Check out the new images below for the film also starring Chris Pine, Zachary Quinto, Zoe Saldana, Karl Urban, Simon Pegg, Anton Yelchin, John Cho, Bruce Greenwood and Peter Weller.
Star Trek Into Darkness opens on May 17th.
